Sofia's new Sunglasses

Sofia got a new pair of sunglasses and she loves them! She wears them in the house, to bed, to the store, in the car, you name it, they are a part of her outfit. she looks hysterical in them, but they have become a necessity.

The Things you do to keep them Happy and Quiet!

During the week of annabella's birthday i had a million errands to run and needless to say the girls were a little tired of being drug all over town. so on one of my trips to Wal-Mart, i saw that awe fully long check-out line and new the girls were going to hit a wall so i bought them the little mini oreo cookies in the convenient plastic container. well, sofia loves them and annabella had a great time stealing one every time she got a chance, the following pictures are the aftermath, but hey, they were happy and totally quiet in the check-out line and the whole ride home!

Happy Birthday Maggie!

It's hard to believe that seven years have passed, but in fact they have, and maggie celebrated her seventh birthday with a bash by the pool, and each child got to build there own stuffed animal which was a huge hit with all the kiddos. Here are a few pictures from Maggies big day. As you can see she is having fun with her friends, and loving the poses. Seven is definitely the knew 30.

Happy Birthday, Baby!

In what has become a bit of a birthday tradition, we all went to breakfast to celebrate Annabella's first birthday. It's hard to believe that A-Bell is one year old already!

The birthday girl LOVED her pancakes (
that's Daddy's girl), but then who doesn't love Tom & Joe's pancakes? Yeah, that's right - Tom & Joe's.

What 1-year old doesn't like to celebrate with Tom & Joe's pancakes?

My Monkey Gets A Monkey

You know those parents who put their kid on a leash when in public? Yeah, those parents.

Well, I always thought they were goofy for putting their kids on leashes, even if the "leash" is cleverly disguised as a backpack that looks like a monkey. Now, we are those parents. Sofia has a very bad habit of darting out into traffic when we are at the mall, or anywhere really. She really does not quite get why we don't think that is as funny as she does. So, she earned herself a leash.

She loves it for some reason. And for now we are fine being
those parents, as long as it keeps her safe. Even if others look at us with a look that says all I used to think about parents like.... us.
